Activating the Multiple Registration Forms Add-on

The Multiple Registration Forms add-on is available only with a Profile Builder Pro, or Agency license.

Multiple Registration Forms with Different Fields

The Multiple Registration Forms module allows you to set up one or more front-end registration forms with different fields for certain user roles.

After activating the addon from the Add-ons page, the Registration Forms tab will show up in the Profile Builder menu.

Here you can edit all the existing registration forms as well as add a new form. If you haven’t set up any registration form yet, you will be taken directly to the Add New Registration Form page.

Adding a new Registration Form

When adding a new registration form you first need to enter a form Title.

After, you can customize your registration form using the options below:

• Set Role – choose which role will the user have after registering through this form.
• Automatically Log In – Whether to automatically log in the newly registered user or not
  (only works on single-sites and without “Admin Approval” and “Email Confirmation” features activated)
• Redirect – whether to redirect the user after registration to a specific page or not
• Ajax Validation – Use AJAX to validate this form without reloading the page

Managing Form Fields

When setting up a new registration form you can choose which fields to appear in it.

You can easily add, edit or delete any of the fields defined in the Manage Fields tab. You can also drag & drop to reorder the fields to your liking.

This allows you to set up multiple registration forms with different fields and collect different information from different types of users (user roles).

Registration Form Shortcode

After selecting the form options and fields you can go ahead and “Publish” the form.

After publishing, you will be prompted with a form shortcode that can be used to display the form on the front-end.
