Reports & Export

The Reports page from the Paid Member Subscription plugin, allows you to easily keep track of your member payments and earnings for your membership site as well as export your user membership and payments.

Reports

This page has three sections:

• Filters – allows you to filter your data by a specific Interval or by specific subscription plans
• Sales and Earnings – in this part of the report, you will see a graph for the sales and earnings based on the selected filters.
• Summary – a more in-depth look at the earnings, subscription plans, and discount codes from the selected interval

Filters

This section enables you to filter your data based on specific time intervals and subscription plans. By selecting the desired intervals and subscription plans, you can tailor the report to display only the relevant data, making it easier to analyze and interpret the information you need.

In the Interval setting, you can choose from predefined time intervals such as This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, This Year, and more. Additionally, you have the option to define a Custom Range to suit your specific needs.

Sales and Earnings

Here you can see a graphic illustrating sales and payments based on the selected filters. In the graphic, Earnings are represented in green, while Payments are shown in orange.

Summary

This part of the report is divided into two sections:

Summary: Displays data from the selected intervals.

Summary Previous Year: Shows data from the same interval of the previous year. For instance, if you select the interval for June of this year, the Summary Previous Year section will display data from June of last year.

Also, in each summary, you will be able to view the following sub-sections:

• General – Where all the data related to the revenue, payments, earnings, etc.

• Subscription Plans – Displays the earnings from subscription plans in descending order, allowing you to easily identify the top-performing plans.

• Discount Codes – Provides insights into the discount codes used and their respective usage counts

Exports

Whether you prefer to view your own records of your member database, you wish to run your own reports, or you simply need to import member data into another service or application, such as MailChimp or Excel, Paid Member Subscriptions allows you to export all member records to a CSV at any time.

Transaction history can also be easily exported to a CSV file, letting you then import the payment data into Excel, QuickBooks, or any other accounting software that can process a CSV file.

While exporting members, you can also add any custom User Meta fields that might be available on your website and make them part of your export.
